The staff was attentive. they were flexible to accommodate my requests. the hotel is located close to a metro station. This made getting around quite easy.
The mugs had coffee stains. I noticed this upon arrival. there was no tea in the room and no complimentary drinking water every day. the lounge area was not very cute either.

i found the hotel centrally located and very clean. the staff was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. i appreciated the modern design (it felt very stylish!). the included robe and slippers really added to the overall comfort.
the coffee provided in the room was instant coffee, not nespresso.

the hotel is a short walk to the city center or a quick metro ride. nice grocery stores, parks and coffee shops are very near. airport bus stops and metro stations are also very close.

breakfast choices are satisfactory, offering a good variety without being excessive. (i especially liked the fresh pastries). there is no restaurant in the hotel.

bathroom amenities included appealing cosmetics (i can't recall the brand). the room included a complimentary mini bar. i did not notice a gym nor a pool.

i found the room very clean and modern. the breakfast was excellent, it offered a wide range of options. the staff were helpful with suggestions and directions. the location made exploring the city easy, being close to the metro.
I noticed a slight issue with the air conditioning. It was a bit tricky to adjust. it wasn't a major problem, but it did take a little effort to get the temperature just right.

the breakfast selection was extensive, with a variety of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. i enjoyed the fresh juice options available each morning. the dining area was well kept and offered a calm atmosphere.

the hotel is close to many plazas and restaurants. the breakfast included many options. the staff answered all my questions quickly. the environment felt relaxed and cute to everyone.
the central control system was in hot mode. i could only cool the room by opening the window. i was not so safe leaving the window open at night.
